At Studio PEHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your saree, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return your saree within 7 days of delivery if:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• The saree has no signs of wear, alterations, or damage
• You have the original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products marked as "Final Sale"
• Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at info@studiopeher.com within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Studio PEHER is not responsible for items lost in return transit
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different pattern or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective saree:
• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We'll arrange a free return pickup
• You'll receive a full refund or replacement
